- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

- Estimated delivery timelines range between 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics constraints, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
- Any promotional free-shipping offers will be displayed on the website or during checkout.
Sustainable Packaging
- In line with our zero-waste philosophy, we use plastic-free, eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.
- In rare cases where alternatives are unavailable, minimal plastic materials may be used strictly for product safety.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (including food items, consumables, and personal care products), we follow a limited return and refund policy.
Eligible for Refund / Replacement
Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Product received is incorrect
Conditions for Claims
- Claims must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Clear images or videos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification.
- Products must be unused and in original condition, wherever applicable.
- Package Opening Video is a must for any claims
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

- Minor variations in texture, color, or packaging due to natural sourcing
- Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
- Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error
Refund Process

Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
